A different kind of team experience

Intentional space away from familiar roles, agendas and deadlines - giving teams room to reset and engage with one another differently.

Ways to work together

01

Team Reset

A guided nature-based experience that gives teams space away from the usual environment to reset, restore attention and reconnect.

Designed around the needs of the team and organisation, with format, length and group size tailored to the brief.

02

Talks & workshops

Interactive talks and workshops exploring the relationship between nature, attention, stress and the way we work.

Designed for workplace wellbeing programmes, team events and learning sessions, with content tailored to the organisation and audience.

03

Retreats & off-sites

Bespoke half-day and full-day experiences designed around your team, objectives and setting.

Forest bathing and guided deep rest can be combined with talks, workshops and complementary practices to create a considered programme for team retreats, leadership off-sites and away days.

How the experience can support your organisation

Recovery restores capacity

Space away from sustained demands allows people to recover, creating more capacity for attention, decision-making and the work ahead.

Restored attention

A genuine interruption to sustained cognitive input, giving attention space to recover and refocus.

Stress reduction

A slower pace, natural surroundings and fewer demands create space for stress to ease and the mind to settle.

Fresh perspective

Stepping outside familiar routines creates distance from day-to-day pressures and space to see things differently.

Creative thinking + problem solving

A change of environment and reduced cognitive load can create space for new ideas, different connections and clearer problem-solving.

Collaboration

Time together outside usual roles and routines creates an opportunity for teams to connect differently and engage with one another more openly.

“Within the first hour, I noticed I was already much more relaxed. I really valued that Linda gave us opportunities to share our thoughts while making it clear that we didn’t have to. Linda’s calmness, understanding and knowledge ultimately made this a beautiful experience for me.”Sophie Brouwer · Paid Social Lead
“I really appreciated the professionalism of the information provided before the session and the structure of the experience itself. I felt held and cared for throughout, and Linda’s attention to detail and calm energy helped me fully relax and enjoy the experience.”Anne-Margaux Illido · Art Historian

How it works

From brief to integration.

01

Understand

We discuss your people, objectives, group size, location and what you want the experience to create.

02

Design

I shape timings, accessibility, weather planning and the wider programme around your group.

03

Experience

I facilitate the experience from start to finish, holding the structure, pace and practicalities to allow the team to be fully present with the experience.

04

Integrate

We create space to reflect on what emerged and consider what is worth carrying back into the working day.

Location & flexibility

Delivered at a suitable outdoor location in London or beyond, with each experience designed around your organisation’s needs and preferences.
